For this project JCF had to fabricate 1,100 molds. Each piece of the interior of the building was made from a separate piece of cast stone. JCF had to create custom molds for every piece of cast stone that would form the interior of the building.

Each and every one of the almost 1,100 separate molds was tested for accuracy, so that it would make the extremely stringent tolerance requirements.

JCF made a custom mold for every single piece, the largest of which was 12 feet by 18 feet x 5 inches thick and weighed almost 5 tons! All the parts had to fit together seamlessly. We tested every mold to be within a tolerance requirement of +/- 1/8″.
