Hwy IH-35 Managed Lane Design/Build Project

JCF Companies worked together with several companies to make this project a reality. We manufactured both single and multi-use concrete Formliners. Once the artwork had been created, we cut the forms using our Multi Axis CNC Machine out of foam. After the formliners were cut, each formliner went through a process of being coated and sanded several times. Finally we plastic coated the forms and shipped them out for production use in the field.
